Growth must not outrun repair, grounding, trust, and structural integrity. Root before reach is the practice of letting the below-ground system become strong enough to carry what becomes visible.
Shared Light does not begin with scale, attention, or public performance. It begins with the root: coherence, maintenance, capacity, and a stable approach to center.
When the root is neglected, lift becomes drag. When drag has no root, collapse follows. The work is to deepen what can hold the future before widening what the public can see.
