People have communication tools, but coordination still collapses into noise, hierarchy, identity performance, fragmentation, and extraction.

Shared Light begins from a simple observation: more channels do not automatically create more coherence. Without a container, signal becomes pressure. Without review, memory becomes distortion.

The work is to build shared structures where people can arrive, cross thresholds carefully, contribute clearly, and leave reviewed trace behind.
